Turning 9 sure means a lot to us. Back in 2016 when we launched Peterson Rudgers Group, we imagined working with higher ed senior leadership teams in pursuit of important institutional goals. We hoped to bring our decades (and decades!)-long expertise to bear on the sector’s deep challenges and greatest opportunities. Honoring One of Our Own

We are over the moon here at PRG with the news that the University of Michigan will name a new residence hall after long-time Vice President for Student Life, and now PRG Senior Advisor, Royster Harper. The honor recognizes Royster’s incredible contributions to student life at Michigan, including her deep commitment to inclusivity and well-being.

5 Years of Impact

Recently I led members of the Peterson Rudgers Group team in the design and facilitation of a two-day university leadership retreat that included the chancellor, his provost, the vice chancellors and deans. This has become a significant area of practice for our firm, and one that Julie, Steve and I find deeply rewarding. There is both art and science in creating and facilitating a program that fosters deep team dialogue and strategic thinking. And it can have almost magical outcomes in both team building and performance.
