Amber White joined PRG in 2022 as a program associate. An Ohio native, White earned a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Bowling Green State University and an M.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of Toledo. She earned an M.A. in English and African American Literature in 2022 from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

Previously, White served as Coordinator of Diversity Affairs in the Center for Student Involvement at Fort Hays State University. While there, White created and implemented social justice and inclusion training programs for faculty, staff, and students. Additionally, she implemented new programs, resources, and award ceremonies for the FHSU campus community. White, who resides in North Carolina, is passionate about storytelling, social justice, equity and inclusion work.
